Customer service : Returns and Exchanges
We are delighted about our products and we hope you are too!
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or damaged product we will do our best to make replacement as simple as possible.
This is how it works:
- Please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
- In the e-mail please mention:
- mobile number
- receipt number
- article number
- reason for return
- JustKidding will decide whether or not the item can be returned and if so, will grant you a return number.
- Please return the item with all labels attached and wrapped in the original packaging. Please put the return form which you have received with the items inside the box.
- Our courier will pick up the item. JustKidding is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items which are not sent via our courier.
- Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after receipt. JustKidding will exchange the product or issue a refund for the net product value via a JustKidding e-voucher.
- JustKidding regrets that due to health and hygienic regulations, underwear and swimwear items can not be returned after purchase.
Warranty: Different brands will have different warranty periods*. Information on warranty about the main brands will be provided with the product. For more detailed questions or information do not hesitate to contact us (see contact details).
