Create an account
1. How can I create an account?
Go to ‘My account’ on the top right-hand corner of the page and create a new account.
2. Do I have to create an account to order?
To place an order, JustKidding needs relevant address details, to enable the courier to deliver the purchased items. The information we require will only be for courier service purposes. We respect your privacy, and assure you that we do not sell or distribute customer information unless otherwise required by matter of Law. For more information, please see the Privacy and Security section.
Privacy
1. Will JustKidding share my account information?
No! We respect your privacy, so we do not sell or distribute customer information unless otherwise required by matter of Law. JustKidding also does not keep any creditcard information in its database or on its servers. Transactions are processed in a secure SSL environment.
Account details & password
1. What if I forgot my password?
When you forget your password you can click on the link ‘forgotten password’. There you can enter your e-mail address and continue with answering your security question. Your new password will be sent to you via e-mail.
2. How can I change account details?
Log in to your account and go to ‘change account’. You can change account details there.
3. How can I log in or sign out?
To log in, select the ‘my account > Login’ at the top right-hand side of the page. Fill in your e-mail and password to log in. To log out, simply select ‘Logout’ at the top-right hand side of the page.
