1. What are the Terms & Conditions of JustKidding?

2. What if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?
In the unlikely event that you have recieved an incorrect or damaged product, JustKidding’s return policy comes into effect. If this is the case, JustKidding will pay for the return shipping charges and will deliver you a new item.
This is how it works:
- Please send an e-mail to returns@justkidding-me.com.
- In the e-mail please mention:
a. name
b. mobile number
c. receipt number
d. article number
e. reason for return - JustKidding will decide whether or not the item can be returned and if so, will grant you a return number.
- Please return the item with all labels attached and wrapped in the original packaging. Please put the return form which you have received with the items inside the box.
- Our courier will pick up the item. JustKidding is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items which are not sent via our courier.
- Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after receipt. JustKidding will exchange the product or issue a refund for the net product value via a JustKidding e-voucher.
- JustKidding regrets that due to health and hygienic regulations, underwear and swimwear items can not be returned after purchase.

3. Can I cancel my purchase if I don’t want the product anymore?
Before payment you can always cancel an order if you do not want to buy the product. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original purchased condition within 10 days after receiving the item. A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on an unused merchandise which is returned within 10 days. JustKidding regrets that due to health and hygienic regulations underwear items can not be returned after purchase. Spare parts
We always like to see our costumers satisfied and that the products that are bought from us are in perfect order. In case you believe the product you have purchased needs a replacement, we are willing to look into it and help you out where we can. Most of our brands have their own policies which we have to follow, therefore it is better to contact our helpdesk directly at helpdesk@justkidding-me.com.
Out of stock
1. What if something is out of stock?
If something you would like to order is out of stock, we will let you know that an item is out of stock when you try to add it to your shopping basket. If you like, you can click on the link provided and we will let you know when we have the item in stock again. You may also add an out of stock item to your gift registry list. When the item is back in stock, your registry will automatically reflect the change in availability.

1. Is my online purchase secure?
We use an industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server. All other data transfered is conducted through a secure phone line.
2. Will JustKidding share my account information?
No! We respect your privacy, so we do not sell or distribute customer information unless otherwise required by matter of Law.

Company details
1. Are the same items available online as well as in the JustKidding Store?
All products available online in the JustKidding webshop are also available in the JustKidding Store. The online assortment is not as extensive, due to the availabilityof the respected items. The webshop features products as long as stocks last, whereas the JustKidding Store will keep products on display, if new stocks are expected. Visit the JustKidding Store for a complete overview of all brands and products on sale.
