RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At JustKidding® we take pride and delight about our products and we hope you do too! 


However we do understand at times you can have second thoughts with your purchase, therefore you can return or exchange any item to us to any of our stores or our online within 14 days of purchasing your original order.


We will offer you an electronic store credit (voucher code) to use on your next purchase if purchased from either of our online stores or a store credit if purchased from a physical store. *Please note that sale items are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.


Provided that the item (S) returned are as new, i.e. are unworn and have been returned with the original packaging, including tags. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

How can I claim for my item (s) to be returned? 

Contact us directly through one of our stores where you have made the purchase from or email us at support@justkidding.zendesk.com and mention your full name, contact number, receipt /order number along with the reason for return.

We will then contact you to arrange pick up or drop off the item (s) to the store where the purchase was made and after we have inspected and confirmed that the item (s) is in perfect sellable condition, we will offer you an electronic store credit (voucher code) to use on your next purchase if purchased from either of our online stores or a store credit if purchased from a physical store. Please note that cash payments are never refunded.

Sale items are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.


Can I return products where no physical JustKidding store is located, but was ordered online?

Please note that we cannot offer free returns for products from outside the UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia. Please follow these steps for returns:

Fill out the returns slip enclosed in your package and put it inside the TNT envelope provided. Take the package to your nearest TNT office or call TNT to schedule a pickup.

Once the goods are received, and after we inspect it and confirm item (s) being in perfect sellable condition, we will issue an online store credit to you (via voucher code), excluding the shipping costs.


GIFT EXCHANGE

 

Gifts can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase (no cash refund) with the same value when the goods are exchanged, or towards a higher priced item with any additional cash to be payable. Follow the return procedure mentioned above and if you don’t have the receipt/ order number, just include the buyer full contact and we will trace the receipt/ order number and do the needful.

 

Exceptions: For sanitary reasons, we can not accept the return of any breastfeeding products unless faulty


BOXED ITEMS

 

Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product and considered unfit for resale if the packaging is damaged. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box may not be accepted.

 

SWIMWEAR OR UNDERGARMENTS

JustKidding® regrets that due to health and hygienic regulations, underwear and swimwear items can not be returned after purchase.


FAULTY GOODS

We take pride in the brands and products we stock and have tried and tested all of them before they make it onto our site. However, mistakes happen in manufacturing and we never want a customer with a faulty item. Many of our stroller and car seat brands offer their own warranty  - the longest warranty period applicable will stand and will over-ride the below.

An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident. Where possible the item(s) will be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, an exchange will be offered or a full refund will be issued.

Repairs do not come with any guarantees. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.


CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You are free to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s). You will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery charges if cancelled prior to dispatch.


HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Please notify our Customer service Team in writing by emailing us your confirmation email to support@justkidding.zednesk.com within 24 hours of placing your order. In the instance where your order has already been delivered to you, please follow the above steps.
