Simply click the link below to email our team firstname.lastname@example.org with some details about yourself –if you’re an expecting mom, what products you’re interested in, etc – and we’ll connect you with our team.
Your Personal Shopper will then contact you on a platform you prefer – WhatsApp, Zoom or just a traditional phone call, and arrange a time slot to begin your remote Personal Shopping experience. They will act as your very own Personal Shopper, and take you all the way through from browsing to check out!

We have a number of measures to ensure our expert staff can maintain the highest standards of social distancing. We have also enhanced hygiene measures, including the installation of sanitiser stations throughout the store and frequent surface cleaning.
Yes, our select team of expert personal shoppers will be based in our Safa store, providing customers with exclusive access to every brand JustKidding has to offer.
Items processed in-store will be handled by colleagues practising the highest standards of social distancing and good hygiene. Our dedicated drivers are all stringently following government guidelines to offer alternative delivery options for recipients, including contact-free delivery.
If you wish to return any items, please contact your Personal Shopper and let them know you wish to make a return within 14 days of your remote purchase. Your Personal Shopper can arrange for your order to be collected and returned, at which point we will process a refund if the items are in line with our returns policy.
You can cancel your order if your order has not been dispatched for delivery by contacting your personal shopper and providing them with your dispatch number and the details of the product you wish to cancel.
