2.Web Content Administrator

A superb opportunity has arisen for a full time Web Content Administrator to join our team.

Duties, Responsibilities & Experience:
-      A working knowledge of the internet / e-commerce

-          The ability to research and create written product description content that will maximize sales results on the website and proof read other site content

-          Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal which are vital for writing when creating content for the website

-          Confident using computers and software with a sound working knowledge of Excel, Word, Photo Shop

-          Be able to work to deadlines

-          Have a great attention to detail

-          Be able to handle frequently changing priorities and a variety of different tasks

-          E-commerce experience is mandatory

-          Native English speakers will be preferred


3.Webshop Sales

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing excellent customer service by phone/online chat/email

- Processing transactions quickly and accurately
- Responsible for order processing and order confirmation
- Preparing written quotations/pro-forma invoice and delivery notes. 

- Respond to customer requests via email and online chat
- Coordinate the delivery schedule

- Meeting targets
- Following operating procedures

- 1-3 years experience of sales in E-Commerce (Online shopping website) 
- Computer skills with knowledge of Magento E-Commerce software (uploading the product and prices) and knowledge of ZenDesk/Zopim chat will be an added advantage;
- Excellent customer service skills and management ability
- Excellent communication skills (speaking clearly, distinctly with a friendly, courteous tone). 
- Listening skills to put callers at ease and obtain accurate, complete information

The position of Webshop Sales is a challenging role that will require a confident and motivated individual. It is essential that you are a well organised self- starter with a fast learning ability and a passion for retail.
